A: We have regular reliable forwarder agent, can send goods to you by sea, by air, by DHL Express, or if you have agent, we can send to their warehouse in China.

Q5: How is your warranty?
A: 12 months trouble-free warranty. During warranty period, electric parts are covered with warranty. Users send back defective parts and we send the new one for replacement. Warranty can be up to 3 years if you apply for the warranty extending plan. For more information, please feel free to contact our sales people.

Q6: How is your technical support?
A: We provide 12 months trouble-free warranty and lifetime online support through Whatsapp/ Skype/ Wechat/ Email / Remote Assistant- Teamviewer.
From Monday to Sunday, 9am to 9pm. No need to worry about the technical support due to time difference.
